How Preferred Due Date works
You request a date that fits with your cash flow. The actual due date will be on or after the date you request, typically within five days of the selected date.
When you switch to Preferred Due Date, your first bill will cover a longer time period to allow for the schedule adjustment, and therefore may be a little higher than your typical bill.
Who is eligible?
If you are a business customer on Rate Schedule 32 and current on your account (zero balance), you are eligible for Preferred Due Date.
