Oregon’s energy tax credit program was modified effective July 1, 2011 when the Oregon Legislature passed a new law revamping the state’s Residential Energy Tax Credit programs. The Oregon Department of Energy, which administers the tax credit programs, has published a summary of the Tax Credit Extension Bill (PDF).
